Half Day Yoga Retreat

About this series

This intimate 4 hour retreat is an invitation to soften, listen inward, and remember. Who are you, really, beneath your roles, stories, and responsibilities? Together we’ll create a sacred, supportive space where your nervous system can settle, your heart can open, and your truth can rise to the surface with ease, to reconnect with the miracle of you. You will be guided and held through: -Grounding practices to help you regulate and fully arrive -Essential oils to support emotional balance and clarity -Trauma-sensitive energy clearing and release -Slow, mindful yoga to reconnect with your body -Outdoor walking meditation -Gentle Reiki available -Journaling, deep exhales, and community connection Yoga props will be provided. Please bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. An invitational short (approximately 1/2 mile total) walk on uneven ground will be included in this event.
